▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Miniature polyacrylamide hydrogel based on graphene/cellulose comprises polyanionic polyacrylamide composite hydrogel and polycation polyacrylamide composite hydrogel repeatedly arranged in droplet shape. The polyacrylamide composite hydrogel is a graphene-coated cellulose hydrogel particle-modified polyacrylamide composite hydrogel. USE - Used as miniature polyacrylamide hydrogel based on graphene/cellulose. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has good biocompatibility, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the hydrogel comprising (i) adding graphene into the microcrystalline cellulose solution, uniformly mixing, adding crosslinking agent N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, uniformly mixing, adding initiator benzoyl peroxide, and stirring and polymerization at constant temperature to obtain graphene-coated cellulose hydrogel particles, (ii) adding the graphene-coated cellulose hydrogel particles prepared in the step (i) into the acrylamide solution, uniformly mixing, adding crosslinking agent N,N-methylenebisacrylamide and catalyst N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine, uniformly mixing, adding the initiator ammonium persulfate, and stirring at constant temperature to obtain graphene/cellulose/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel, (iii) sufficiently immersing graphene/cellulose/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel in solution containing polyanion electrolyte, taking out, and washing to obtain polyanionic polyacrylamide composite hydrogel, (iv) sufficiently immersing graphene/cellulose/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel in solution containing a polycationic electrolyte, taking out, and washing to obtain polycation polyacrylamide composite hydrogel, and (v) repeating arranging the polyanionic polyacrylamide composite hydrogel prepared in the step (iii) and the polycation polyacrylamide composite hydrogel prepared in the step (iv) to obtain the hydrogel.
