NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) choosing glassy carbon electrode, gold electrode or copper electrode as the substrate electrode, polishing and cleaning the surface of the substrate electrode, (ii) preparing drop coating or electroplating modified solution on the surface of the base electrode, using infrared lamp to dry to obtain the modified electrode, where the modified solution is composed of sulfuric acid, graphene, carbon nano tube, vitamin B12, acetic acid, citric acid, gold nano particles, silver nitrate, sodium sulfate, sodium acetate, potassium chloride and amino black 10B, and where the concentration range of each component is 0.0002-3 mol/l. USE - Method for preparing modified electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the modified electrode with high sensitivity, better repeatability and reduced detection limit in a simple manner, reduces the detection limit, and is capable for simultaneously detecting vitamin B6 and B9. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for detecting modified electrode.
