NOVELTY - Preparing conductive anticorrosive composite coating involves preparing new type curing agent, curing and agent, adding epoxy resin, adding dried and grinded mixture of talcum powder and barium sulfate, ultrasonically cleaning by ultrasonic wave for 30degreesC. The dimethylbenzene, normal butanol is mixed and shaked uniformly, then graphene oxide is weighed, added, mixed, organic solvent stirring for 30 minutes, mixed and ultrasonic stir the mixture for 20 minutes. The zinc powder is added to the mixture, ultrasonic processed for 5 hours. The anti-settling agent and dispersing agent is added for 5 hours and disperse the new type of curing agent dispersing for 20 hours to obtain the conductive anti-corrosion composite coating. USE - Method for preparing fast-curing conductive anticorrosive composite coating used in oil tank bottom plate anti-corrosion matched paint. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the curing efficiency of the composite coating, improves the corrosion resistance, and improves the efficiency of coating work.
