NOVELTY - Coating on the surface of cosmetic bottles comprises 35-45 pts. wt. modified phenolic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. hydrophobic halloysite nanotubes, 5-10 pts. wt. silica powder, 2-7 pts. wt. nano-zeolite powder, and 5-15 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide powder. USE - As coating on the surface of cosmetic bottles. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent corrosion-resistant high-performance, enhances the bonding strength between the product and the substrate and the dispersion effect of raw materials, improves the weather resistance of the product and increases the product life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating on the surface of a cosmetic bottle involving adding modified phenolic resin, hydrophobic halloysite nanotubes, silica powder, nano zeolite powder and nano-titanium dioxide powder to the reactor and stirring at 500-1000 rpm for 10-20 minutes and continuously stirring at 100-200 rpm for 35-45 minutes to obtain the coating on the surface of the cosmetic bottle.
