NOVELTY - Preparing porous foamed graphene oxide coated Co9S8-S (cobalt sulfide-sulfur) composite material involves preparing hollow Co9S8 nanotubes, melt and diffuse sulfur to infiltrate to obtain Co9S8-S, preparing porous foamed graphene oxide, dissolving porous foamy graphene oxide and Co9S8-S in a solvent and dispersing them uniformly, stirring and washing, freeze-drying to obtain porous foamy graphene oxide coated Co9S8-S composite material. USE - Method for preparing porous foamed graphene oxide coated Co9S8-S composite material used in lithium sulfur battery anode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare porous foamed graphene oxide coated Co9S8-S (cobalt sulfide) composite material which is used to overcomes the three major problems of the existing lithium-sulfur battery cathode materials, such as sulfur source electron/ion insulation, serious polysulfide shuttle effect, and significant volume expansion.
