NOVELTY - Designable structure structural battery comprises a battery cell and an electrolyte composed of a stacked anode sheet, a diaphragm and a cathode sheet. The anode sheet and the cathode sheet comprises an active material layer is coated on the surface of a carbon fiber current collector. The diaphragm is woven by insulating fiber, and the upper and lower two surfaces of the diaphragm are paved with thermosetting resin gel structure. The electrolyte is an organic solvent or an ionic liquid containing lithium salt. The active material layer is the mixed layer of active material and adhesive. The active material on the carbon fiber current collector of the anode sheet comprising lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese oxide, lithium cobalt oxide or lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide. The active material on the carbon fiber current collector of the cathode sheet comprising graphite, graphene or carbon nanotubes. USE - The designable structure structural battery is useful for portable electronic device, biomedical device, electric automobile, and aerospace technology, battery cell, lithium ion battery, lead-acid battery, lithium polymer battery, nickel cadmium battery, and lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The structure-designed structure battery: has increased function, cycle life and cycle characteristics; and can be easily and economically manufactured.
