NOVELTY - Wire comprises 47-52 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 40-45 pts. wt. graphene, 5-9 pts. wt. nano-silver and 0-0.2 pts. wt. additive. USE - Wire for three dimensional printer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Wire has simple formulation and high dimensional conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing 3D printer wire, which involves: (A) taking polylactic acid, graphene, nano silver and additive and weighing; (B) preparing the mixture, placing the raw materials into a high-speed mixer for 5-20 minutes, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; (C) granulating, adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, and coupling and extruding to obtain a plastic particle of dark gray to black; and (D) adding the plastic particles to a thread making machine to prepare a 3D printing wire.
