▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing titanium dioxide nanoparticle/graphene composite photocatalytic material comprises e.g. (i) adding ethanol and graphene powder into beaker, performing ultrasonic treatment, adding deionized water and concentrated sulfuric acid, then adding tetra-n-butyl titanate, (ii) transferring mixture into round bottom flask, (iii) placing precipitate in deionized water and mixing with dimethylformamide, and transferring mixture into polytetrafluoroethylene liner stainless steel reactor, centrifugating, collecting precipitate and washing, placing washed product in vacuum oven and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium dioxide nanoparticle/graphene composite photocatalytic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high photocatalytic activity and is environmentally friendly; and has controllable titanium dioxide particle size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing titanium dioxide nanoparticle/graphene composite photocatalytic material comprises (i) adding ethanol and graphene powder into 100 ml beaker, stirring and dispersing, performing ultrasonic treatment for 1 hour, dispersing oxidized graphene powder in ethanol, adding deionized water and concentrated sulfuric acid, then adding tetra-n-butyl titanate and stirring for 0.5 hours to obtain mixed solution, (ii) transferring mixture into round bottom flask and refluxing at 80 degrees C for 20 hours to obtain precipitate, (iii) placing precipitate in deionized water and mixing with dimethylformamide for 30 minutes, and transferring mixture into polytetrafluoroethylene liner stainless steel reactor, reacting at 200 degrees C for 16 hours, incubating product, centrifugating at 11,000 revolution/minutes for 10 minutes, collecting precipitate and washing twice with deionized water and ethanol, placing washed product in a vacuum oven and drying at 80 degrees C for 12 hours.
