NOVELTY - The phase change heat storage heat exchanger has a shell (1) internally provided with a heat pipe heat exchange liquid collecting groove which is provided with a heat exchange pipe (5). The heat exchange pipe is connected with a heat collecting heat source. A heat pipe (4) is set in the shell. An evaporation section of the heat pipe is connected with the heat pipe heat exchange liquid collecting groove. The heat pipe and the heat pipe heat exchange liquid collecting groove are suitable for filling heat pipe working medium. The heat insulating section of the heat pipe is located in a heat storage cavity. A phase change heat storage material is filled in the shell surrounded by a clapboard (6), where the heat pipe and another clapboard (7) are formed in the middle of the shell. The organic phase change heat storage material comprises fatty acid, paraffin, straight-chain alkane, fatty alcohol and ester substance. USE - Phase change heat storage heat exchanger for use in the field of heat storage. ADVANTAGE - The heat pipe and the phase change heat storage material of the contact contact area of the heat exchange fluid are increased, so as to improve heat exchange performance of the exchanger. The lattice structure can be designed to be strong, to adapt to different scenes and different shell sizes and the heat pipe can have good supporting effect to the heat exchanger, so that the whole structure strength of the system can be improved, and the service life of the thermal exchanger can be prolonged. The leakage risk of phase change material at the same time can be reduced. The whole strength of heat accumulator can also be improved.
