NOVELTY - Wear-resistant graphene polyurethane composite sponge material comprises black phosphorus graphene composite material, nano-titanium dioxide, polyol, isocyanate and solvent. USE - The material is useful for manufacturing bedding, sponge structure and sponge mattress (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material provides long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the material, comprising (i) mixing black phosphorus graphene composite material, nano-titanium dioxide, polyol, isocyanate and solvent, and dispersing to obtain grapheme-polyol slurry, and (ii) insulating graphene-polyol slurry and isocyanate, mixing and introducing into foaming production line; (2) sponge structure, comprising wear-resistant graphene polyurethane composite sponge material; and (3) sponge mattress, comprising wear-resistant graphene polyurethane composite sponge material.
