▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A degree of reduction of graphene with oxygen-containing functional group determination method involves performing X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy at 280-295 eV, obtaining X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectrum of to-be-determined sample (C1s), fitting obtained spectrum with peak, adjusting full width at half maximum, area and peak shape, obtaining result and determining degree of reduction of graphene with oxygen-containing functional group, based on ratio of total content of oxygen-containing functional group and carbon-carbon bond. USE - Method for determining degree of reduction of graphene with oxygen-containing functional group e.g. graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables determining degree of reduction of graphene with oxygen-containing functional group in different samples with high accuracy in a rapid manner by realizing chemical structure analysis of carbon elements and not causing damage.
