NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced masterbatch material by electrospinning and stretching comprises e.g. (i) adding flake graphite into mixed solution of N,N-dimethylacetamide and deionized water, ultrasonicating, adding sodium bisulfite, (ii) mixing pretreated graphite in step (i) with polymer, heating cylinder, generating electric field force by high-voltage electric field, peeling graphite into graphene by electrospinning and stretching, dispersing in polymer, dispersing filament of graphene, and (iii) extruding filament obtained in step (ii) through screw extruder and granulating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene reinforced masterbatch material by electrospinning and stretching (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has simple preparation method, low cost and high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene reinforced masterbatch material by electrospinning and stretching comprises (i) adding flake graphite into mixed solution of N,N-dimethylacetamide and deionized water, ultrasonicating for 5-10 minutes, magnetic stirring, adding sodium bisulfite, reacting at 90-100 degrees C for 2.5-4 hours, filtering, washing and drying, (ii) mixing pretreated graphite in step (i) with polymer, heating cylinder to certain temperature using heating function of electrostatic spinning device, melting pretreatment of graphite and polymer mixture, adjusting nozzle tilt to molten material, and then opening high-voltage power supply to impose certain high-voltage electric field, ejecting melt under the action of electric field, receiving by receiver kneading, generating electric field force by high-voltage electric field exerts tensile effect on the graphite and polymer, peeling graphite into graphene by electrospinning and stretching, dispersing in polymer, repeatedly stretching for 3 times and dispersing filament of graphene, and (iii) extruding filament obtained in step (ii) through screw extruder and granulating to obtain graphene reinforced masterbatch.
