▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing elastic fibers in which conductive particles are dispersed, comprises (a) injecting a first solution containing a dispersion of an elastic body and conductive particles or a conductive polymer solution into the inner tube or the outer tube; and (b) injecting a second solution containing a coagulant solution into a tube different from the tube into which the dispersion liquid is injected among the inner tube and the outer tube. The method is carried out using a fluidic device having an external tube, and an inner tube of a smaller diameter than the outer tube coaxially coaxial within the outer tube. The elastic body is natural rubber. The first solution contains conductive polymer. The conductive particles include carbon black, single-walled or multi-walled carbon nanotubes, metal nanowires, metal nanoparticles, graphene and/or graphene oxide. The conductive particles are carbon nanotubes and fibers. USE - The method is useful to produce elastic fibers for high-performance wearable sensor and smart clothing. ADVANTAGE - The elastic fibers have improved elasticity and linearity, and can be mass-produced. The method significantly reduces manufacturing process.
