NOVELTY - Preparation of in-situ synthesized copper-graphene heteropolymer reinforced aluminum matrix composite material comprises mixing copper nitrate, glucose and sodium chloride trihydrate in deionized water, placing homogeneous solution in environment of - 20 degrees C for 48 hours, using freeze-drying technique to obtain precursor powder, calcining, reducing by chemical vapor deposition, washing sodium chloride template with deionized water to obtain copper-graphene heteropolymer, placing copper-graphene heteropolymer and aluminum powder in ball mill tank, filling with argon gas as protective atmosphere, ball milling, performing cold-forming on composite powder under 500 MPa, sintering cold-pressed bulk material by argon gas at 630 degrees C for 1 hour in tube furnace and hot extruding at 550 degrees C under 600 MPa.
