▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of niobium oxyfluoride nano-array-graphene heterojunction composite material, involves adding hydrofluoric acid to graphene dispersion, stirring and ultrasonically stripping, adding niobium(V) chloride powder, stirring well after adding hydrofluoric acid, transferring the solution to Teflon (RTM: PTFE) lined reactor for hydrothermal reaction, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and ethanol, drying, heating the dried product, removing organic particles to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing niobium oxyfluoride nano-array-graphene heterojunction composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of niobium oxyfluoride nano-array-graphene heterojunction composite material at low temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing niobium oxyfluoride (Nb3O7F) nano-array-graphene heterojunction composite material, involves (1) configuring graphene aqueous solution, stirring, ultrasonically stripping to form uniform graphene dispersion, (2) adding hydrofluoric acid to graphene dispersion, stirring and ultrasonically stripping, so that the surface of the grafted graphene is sufficiently etched, forming fluorocarbon bond, (3) adding niobium(V) chloride (NbCl5) powder, stirring well after adding hydrofluoric acid, continuously stirring, (4) transferring the solution to Teflon (RTM: PTFE) lined reactor for hydrothermal reaction, (5) centrifuging the product, washing with deionized water and ethanol, drying in oven, (6) heating the dried product, removing organic particles to obtain niobium oxyfluoride nano-array-graphene heterojunction composite material.
