▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A coating comprises 8-10 wt.% conversion agent, 1-2 wt.% additives, 15-20 wt.% filler, 8-15 wt.% water, and balance amount of film-forming material. The film-forming material is copolymer emulsion of vinylidene chloride and graphene-modified acrylic acid. The graphene has less than or equal to 10 layers. The conversion agent is tannic acid, phosphoric acid, EDTA and/or oxalic acid. The additive comprises antifreeze alcohol, ammonium salt dispersant, mineral oil defoaming agent and polyurethane thickener. The filler comprises precipitated barium sulfate and strontium silicate in weight ratio 1:(1-2). USE - Graphene-reinforced aqueous rust coating for pre-treatment of substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has improved shielding ability, anticorrosive performance, and long shelf life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation method of aqueous rust coating, which involves weighing the raw materials, adding water to a vessel equipped with a stirrer, adding conversion agent and additives to water, stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 5 minutes, stirring, gradually adding filler, mixing to obtain mixture, grinding the mixture until the fineness is below 40 mu m to obtain color paste, adding film-forming material to the color paste, and stirring at 300-1000 rpm for 5 minutes; and (2) use of aqueous rust coating in substrate pretreatment, which involves removing rust and oxide from the surface of the substrate, cleaning the substrate surface with petrol or acetone, drying, applying the rust coating on the substrate surface using brushing or using a spray gun, where coating thickness is 0.07-0.5 mm, and curing at room temperature for 5-7 days.
