NOVELTY - Preparing amphiphilic polymer brushes modified graphene targeting drug carrier system involves processing oxidized graphite alkene group (GO-COOH) in dichloromethane solution, and then reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) chain transfer agent (CTA) and ethylcarbodiimide are added. Mixture is stirred overnight, filtered, washed with water and dried to obtain graphene oxide chain transfer agent (GO-CTA). GO-CTA is dissolved in 10ml dimethylformamide, and then azobisisobutyronitrile and poly(methacrylic acid-g-poly(ethylene glycol)). USE - Method for preparing amphiphilic polymer brushes modified graphene targeting drug carrier system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare amphiphilic polymer brushes modified graphene targeting drug carrier system ensures antitumor growth effect and targeted therapy of tumor, and has clinical application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing amphiphilic polymer brushes modified graphene targeting drug carrier system involves processing oxidized graphite alkene group (GO-COOH) in dichloromethane solution, and then reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) chain transfer agent (CTA) and ethylcarbodiimide are added. GO-CTA is dissolved in 10ml dimethylformamide, and then azobisisobutyronitrile and poly(methacrylic acid-g-poly(ethylene glycol)), where PEGMA and GO-CTA mol ratio is 20:1-5:1, AIBN and GO-CTA of mol ratio is 0.1:1-0.2:1. Mixture is heated in oil bath at 60 degrees C for 12-24 hours under nitrogen after 30 minutes later and sealed. Product is purified and methyl acrylic ester and AIBN are added, where GO-CTA and metacrylic acid ester mol ratio is 10:1-5:1, and AIBN and GO-CTA mol ratio is 0.1:1-0.2:1. Mixture is heated in oil bath at 60 degrees C for 10-15 hours under nitrogen after 30 minutes later and sealed. Product is precipitated after drying to obtain two amphiphilic polymer brush object. Amphiphilic polymer brush object is reacted after dissolving dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-Dimethylaminopyridine in dichloromethane solution. Product is stirred for 6 hours, washed with water to obtain targeting drug carrier. Targeted oxidized graphene is dissolved in water and doxycycline aqueous solution is dissolved and regulated pH value at 8.0 and carrier is mixed with 5 hours. Product is frozen and dried after loading doxycycline to obtain final product.
