The ozonized graphene black powder is prepared by obtaining ozonized graphene, wetting reactor wall and sand core with distilled water, weighing 60 mg graphene, placed in a reactor, adding distilled water to wet the surface of graphene, adjusting the gas velocity as 100 ml/minute, opening the ozone machine, processing and drying treated graphene overnight at 80 degrees C. USE - Ozonized graphene/epoxy composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ozonized graphene/epoxy composite material has excellent tensile strength, compressive strength and shock resistance, and is prepared rapidly with high functionalization degree. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An ozonized graphene/epoxy composite material includes graphene modified by gas phase ozonation. The bulk production is achieved in industrial conditions. The composite material is two-phase structure. The main component is epoxy resin. The enhanced phase is black ozonized graphene. The ozonized graphene is evenly dispersed in epoxy resin functional groups and epoxy functional groups under certain conditions chemical reaction occurs. The content of ozonized graphene in the composite material is 0.1-10 wt.%. The ozonized graphene black powder is prepared by obtaining ozonized graphene, wetting reactor wall and sand core with distilled water, weighing 60 mg graphene, placed in a reactor, adding preset amount of distilled water to wet the surface of graphene, adjusting the gas velocity as 100 ml/minute, opening the ozone machine, processing for 60 minutes, adjusting the gas velocity as 100 ml/minute and drying treated graphene overnight at 80 degrees C.
