NOVELTY - Preparing heat-conducting non-woven fabric material involves cutting the polyester slice, drying the color masterbatch for future use. The polyester slice melt is poured after filtering into the spinning box body, and quantitatively conveyed by a metering pump. The melt is cooled from the metering pump to wire, and stretched by air flow traction, after the drawn yarn is scattered by the swinging machine, then absorbed to the transmission net curtain, and compacted by the pre-pressing roller. The net wire after compacting through the first needle machine is repeatedly puncturing for primary connection, and then performing reverse repeated puncture by the second needle machine for strong locking, obtaining non-woven fabric.
