▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin tensile cable material comprises 12-18 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 0.001-0.003 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. modifier, 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene, 35-55 pts. wt. ABS resin, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, where the modifier is composed of acetic acid and polyacrylic acid emulsion mixture and polyethylene polymerization of 180-260, the polymerization degree ABS resin is 800-1600, and the coupling agent is isobutyltriethoxysilane coupling agent, and the cross-linking agent is dicumyl peroxide. USE - Used as modified ABS resin tensile cable material. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has improved tensile strength property and excellent processability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified ABS resin tensile cable material comprising (i) modifying basalt fiber by modifying agent treatment and drying, (ii) processing the basalt fiber with coupling agent, and (iii) coupling processed basalt fiber with graphene, polyethylene, ABS resin, cross-linking agent, and extruding by extruder to obtain modified ABS resin-tensile cable material.
