NOVELTY - Epoxy resin-graphene-butyl stearate microcapsule composite material is prepared by mixing diphenylmethane diamine, epoxy resin, defoamer and graphene-butyl stearate microcapsules, heating and melting mixture, vacuuming and stirring mixture, adding epoxy resin, stirring mixture in water bath at 0.8 MPa and 80 degrees C for 20 minutes, adding defoamer and oxidized graphene-butyl stearate microcapsules, stirring mixture at 0.8 MPa for 30 minutes, stopping reaction, pouring reaction product to PTFE mold and placing mold in oven at 130 degrees C for 48 hours. USE - Preparation of epoxy resin-oxidized graphene-butyl stearate microcapsules (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of epoxy resin-oxidized graphene-butyl stearate microcapsules with excellent lubrication characteristics, anti-friction characteristics and mechanical characteristics by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified graphene oxide is formed by adding ethanol solution of silane coupling agent to form aqueous solution of graphene oxide having pH of 3-5, stirring mixture at 80 degrees C for 12 hours, filtering mixture, washing mixture twice with water and drying mixture at 50 degrees C under vacuum. A capsule wall composite solution is prepared by evenly mixing modified graphene oxide, divinylbenzene, azobisisobutyronitrile and styrene in mass ratio of 20:1.8:0.3:18.2 and ultrasonically dispersing mixture for 30 minutes. A solid-liquid suspension system is prepared by stirring hydroxypropyl cellulose, calcium carbonate and distilled water in mass ratio of 1.6:0.8:180 at 50 degrees C or less for 30 minutes, adding butyl stearate with content of butyl stearate of 5 times the mass of hydroxypropyl cellulose, mixing for 30 minutes and cooling mixture to 10 degrees C for 10 minutes. Oxidized graphene-butyl stearate microcapsules are prepared by adding capsule wall composite solution to solid-liquid suspension system in mass ratio of 1:1 under nitrogen protection, stirring mixture for 30 minutes, heating mixture at 80 degrees C or less, reacting mixture for 120 minutes, heating mixture at 90 degrees C for 60 minutes, filtering mixture, washing filter material with distilled water for three times and naturally drying product. Epoxy resin-graphene-butyl stearate microcapsule composite material is prepared by mixing diphenylmethane diamine, epoxy resin, defoamer and graphene-butyl stearate microcapsules in mass ratio 16:40:2:55, heating and melting mixture at 130 degrees C, adding mixture to three-necked flask comprising thermometer, vacuuming and stirring mixture, adding epoxy resin, stirring mixture in water bath at 0.8 MPa and 80 degrees C for 20 minutes, adding defoamer and oxidized graphene-butyl stearate microcapsules, stirring mixture at 0.8 MPa for 30 minutes, stopping reaction, pouring reaction product to PTFE mold and placing mold in oven at 130 degrees C for 48 hours.
