▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fuel cell comprises proton exchange membrane, catalytic layer and gas diffusion layer. The gas diffusion layer is prepared by mixing silane modified carbon powder, adhesive and dispersant to obtain microporous layer slurry, compounding microporous layer slurry with conductive substrate, and drying. USE - Fuel cell with high output power. ADVANTAGE - The gas diffusion layer has excellent hydrophobic performance and good drainage performance, especially, improves the diffusion of the gas to the catalyst reaction layer to realize higher current density and voltage, and improves the output power of the fuel cell under the high current density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a membrane electrode for fuel cell comprising proton exchange membrane, catalytic layer and gas diffusion layer; and (2) preparation of fuel cell with high output power comprising mixing silane modified carbon powder, adhesive and dispersant to obtain microporous layer slurry, compounding microporous layer slurry with conductive substrate, drying to obtain gas diffusion layer, and assembling gas diffusion layer, proton exchange membrane, anode gas diffusion layer and bipolar plate into a fuel cell. .
