▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper-based self-lubricating composite material comprises 4-15 wt.% nickel, 4-6 wt.% tin, 0.05-0.5 wt.% silicon, 0.03-0.5 wt.% aluminum, 0.5-3 wt.% graphene, 0.05-0.5 wt.% lanthanum trifluoride and the balance of copper. USE - Copper-based self-lubricating composite material is used in sliding bearings, pantographs or rolling bearing cages (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The copper-based self-lubricating composite material has excellent high strength, low friction, wear resistance and good self-lubricating properties under normal temperature and high temperature conditions, and can be used at room temperature to 500 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing copper-based self-lubricating composite material, which involves mixing and ball milling, copper, tin, nickel, aluminum, silicon, graphene and lanthanum trifluoride in proportions; cold-press molding the ball-milled material to obtain a blank; keeping the blank in a reducing atmosphere at 870-950 degrees C for 60-90 minutes and cool to obtain a product; and subjecting the obtained product to aging treatment at 350-400 degrees C for 180-260 minutes in a reducing atmosphere, and cooling to obtain the desired product.
