DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a method for additive manufacturing of formulation, which involves preparing formulation comprises pot-stable photo-curable polymer, one or more fillers, and one or more additives, and exposing the formulation to a photoinitiator, forumlation substantially curing the polymer in 6 hours or less;#a additive materials system, which comprises stage, and printer in fluid communication with source of formulation, storing in container that is light-impervious comprises pot-stable photo-curable polymer, one or more fillers, and one or more additives, and source of light for exposing the formulation, providing light in amount sufficient to substantially cure the formulation in 6 hours or less;#a method for making photocurable polymer-bonded explosive, which involves preparing formulation comprises pot-stable photo-curable polymer, one or more fillers, and one or more additives, printing formulation additively on a surface, and exposing formulation to light in an amount that substantially cures the polymer in 6 hours or less;#a moldless method for additive manufacturing of polymer-bonded explosive, which involves preparing formulation, which involves using pot-stable photo-curable polymer, one or more fillers, and one or more additives, and exposing the formulation to light in an amount that substantially curing the polymer in 6 hours or less; and#a formulation for additive manufacturing, which comprises mixture of pot-stable photo-curable polymer and thermally curable polymer, one or more fillers, and one or more additives, formulation curing into fully cured polymer in six hours or less upon exposure to light and heat.
