NOVELTY - An anti-stain galvanized paint, comprises 100-500 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 100-300 pts. wt. organosilicon fluorocarbon, 10-200 pts. wt. mixed nanomaterials, 100-400 pts. wt. organic solvent, 1-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-20 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-10 pts. wt. leveling agent and 1-10 pts. wt. anti-settling agent. USE - Anti-stain galvanized paint for use in construction, transportation, power transmission and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The anti-stain galvanized paint has excellent anti-sticking, stain resistance, adhesion, impact resistance and neutral salt spray corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of anti-stain galvanized paint, which involves (1) measuring 90-150 pts. wt. organic solvent, adjusting the speed, adding 100-300 pts. wt. organofluorosilane, mixing 10-200 pts. wt. nanomaterials, completing the constant temperature reaction, heating, (2) taking out the solid powder, rinsing with 30-50 pts. wt. organic solvent, drying and grounding into powder to obtain mixed powder (A), (3) weighing acrylic resin, organosilicon fluorocarbon, mixed nanomaterials, organic solvent, dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent and anti-settling agent, adjusting the rotation speed, stirring and evenly mixing to obtain mixed solution (B), (4) pouring the mixed liquid (B) obtained in step (3) into the mixed powder (A) obtained in step (2), adjusting the rotating speed, stirring, mixing evenly and filtering.
