NOVELTY - A polymer-modified graphene is obtained by adding graphene macroinitiator-bromide, N,N,N',N',N"-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine as ligand, copper bromide, copper, predetermined amount of solvent, atom-transfer-radical-polymerization monomer and water to round bottom flask, freezing and thawing mixture, reacting at 75-90 degrees C for 12-24 hours, processing mixture with membrane filter, washing cake with solvent and ethanol and vacuum drying washed mixture. USE - Polymer-modified graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymer-modified graphene has excellent feasibility and universality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polymer-modified graphene is obtained by adding dopamine, 2-bromine-2-methylpropene acyl bromide and triethylamine to beaker, replacing nitrogen to oxygen, stirring mixture in ice-water bath for 8-14 hours, ultrasonically processing homogeneous aqueous dispersion, adding mixture to reaction system, stirring at room temperature for 8-12 hours, centrifuging product, washing product, redispersing solid in deionized water, freeze-drying to obtain graphene macroinitiator-bromide, adding graphene macroinitiator-bromide, N,N,N',N',N"-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine as ligand, copper bromide, copper, predetermined amount of solvent, atom-transfer-radical-polymerization monomer and water to round bottom flask, freezing and thawing mixture, reacting at 75-90 degrees C for 12-24 hours, processing mixture with membrane filter, washing cake with solvent and ethanol and vacuum drying washed mixture.
