NOVELTY - Antistatic coating composition comprises epoxy-based resin, amine-based curing agent and a conductive filler. The epoxy-based resin is an aliphatic epoxy-based resin having hydrophilic properties, and the mixing ratio of the epoxy resin and the amine-based curing agent is 5:1-0.3:1. USE - The composition is useful in antistatic coating agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition maximizes workability and provides an excellent antistatic coating agent with little variation in antistatic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: antistatic coating agent containing the antistatic coating composition; and preparing antistatic coating composition, comprising (i) preparing a conductive filler solution by dispersing a conductive filler in a solvent, and (ii) preparing a coating solution by mixing an epoxy resin with the prepared conductive filler solution, mixing and homogenizing the carbon nanotubes, the solvent and the amine-based curing agent, and irradiating with ultrasonic waves for 0.1-2 hours.
