NOVELTY - Preparing modified polymer functional material comprises adding modified polymer silicone rubber material (obtained by copolymerizing hydroxy-terminated dimethyl siloxane under azobisisobutyronitrile initiator and methacrylic acid(ester) solution to obtain organic silicone modified acrylic(ester)resin), nickel coated graphite conductive powder and polymer ceramic powder into preheated mixer, adding polymer polyethylene, milling, adding functionalized graphene oxide, extrusion molding and curing. USE - The modified polymer functional material is useful in conductive shielding material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified polymer functional material: prepares products is applied in high-frequency electromagnetic field without electromagnetic wave leakage; can be used as polymer material; has high water resistance, moisture resistance and dust resistance; protects whole space forming a single closed electromagnetic space to protect the electromagnetic signals and avoids electromagnetic wave pollute to the peripheral environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified polymer functional material comprises (a) preparing modified polymer silicon rubber material by taking hydroxy-terminated dimethyl siloxane, copolymerizing under the action of azobisisobutyronitrile initiator and methacrylic acid(ester) solution to obtain organic silicone modified acrylic(ester)resin, preparing functionalized graphene oxide (5-10 pts. wt.) by taking 3-5 g graphite powder, adding to 80-120 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring at 180- 300 revolutions per minute, reacting for 2-4 hours, placing in 0 degrees C ice water bath, reducing to room temperature, adding 1-3 g sodium nitrate powder, stirring, placing in an ice water bath for 1-2 hours, adding 10-25 g potassium permanganate, continuously stirring for 1-2 hours at 30-50 degrees C, stirring in a water bath to react for 1-2 hours, again heating in the water bath to 90-100 degrees C, gradually adding 200-250 ml deionized water, reacting for 1-2 hours, adding 15-20 ml hydrogen peroxide (30%), vacuum suction filtration, adding 0.1-0.3 mol/l hydrochloric acid, centrifugally washing to prepare graphene oxide, adding 0.2-0.5 mol/l sulfuric acid, stirring to react at 50-70 degrees C for 3-5 hours, washing, vacuum freeze-drying to prepare functionalized graphene oxide, (b) preheating an internal mixer for 20 minutes, stabilizing for 5 minutes, adding modified polymer silicone rubber material, and nickel coated graphite (nickel-carbon) conductive powder and polymer ceramic powder, maintaining for 5-20 minutes at a rotating speed of 100-120 revolutions per minute, adding polymer polyethylene, maintaining for 5-20 minutes at rotating speed of 60-80 revolutions per minute, mixing to prepare capsule material, taking into an open mill adjusting the roller distance to be 3-5 mm, opening power supply switch, opening a circulation water valve, discharging the glue material from the mixer, taking into a mill having a roller, adding functionalized graphene oxide, mixing until the glue material is mixed uniformly and the material surface has luster, and discharging glue material, (c) milling the glue material, taking into a precision extrusion molding machine at 300 degrees C at a pressure of 6.5 Mpa, extruding at a speed of 13-17 cm/minute, curing for 8-12 seconds to obtain extruded glue material, molding and curing to obtain conductive shielding products.
