NOVELTY - Fair-faced concrete protective agent comprises sealing primer component including 40-60 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin emulsion, 2-6 pts. wt. film-forming agent, 2-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-3 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. co-solvent, 30-50 pts. wt. water; and photocatalytic top coating component including 5-7 pts. wt. modified graphene-supported titanium dioxide powder, 9-12 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, and 30-50 pts. wt. toluene. USE - Used as fair-faced concrete protective agent. ADVANTAGE - The concrete protective agent has good compactness and hydrophobicity, can avoid corrosion by acid, alkali, salt, and grease and can efficiently prevent carbonization, can inhibit the growth of moss, algae, mold and other microorganisms on the surface of concrete, and photo catalyzes the degradation of formaldehyde and harmful substances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for constructing fair-faced concrete protective agent, comprising uniformly mixing raw materials of the sealing primer component to obtain the sealing primer, and coating seal primer on the surface of the concrete at a ratio of 20-100 ml/m2, and fully drying and curing sealing primer to form a seal undercoat, and uniformly mixing raw materials in the photocatalytic top coating components to obtain the photocatalytic top coating, and coating photocatalytic top coating on the surface of the sealing primer at a ratio of 30-120 ml/m2 , fully drying and curing to form photocatalytic surface coating.
