▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified gold nano-graphene method for separating protein N-terminus comprises using synthetic nano-gold modified graphene (GPDAAu); closing protein after enzymatic hydrolysis of liquid mercapto derivative; using non-N-terminal peptides derived GPDAAu for removing thiol group removal; and performing matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry to detect protein N-terminus. USE - The modified gold nano-graphene method is useful for separating protein N-terminus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can be easily and efficiently remove non-N-terminal peptide, and N-terminal peptides of proteins to improve the identification results.
