NOVELTY - A photovoltaic coil material comprises a light-transmissive water waterproof layer, a flexible photovoltaic module layer and a waterproof membrane layer, provided in order connected using a graphene-modified epoxy resin adhesive. The transparent waterproof layer is a modified polyethylene gas-permeable membrane. The flexible photovoltaic component comprises a flexible thin film photovoltaic component, an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer film layer and a graphene-silicone-modified polyacrylamide coating layer. The waterproof membrane layer comprises a waterproof-and flame-retardant layer, a glass fiber felt layer, a self-adhesive styrene-butadiene-styrene-modified asphalt layer and a polyethylene protective layer. The waterproof-and flame-retardant layer comprises 50-65 pts. wt. polyurethane-acrylate, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, 6-10 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 3-8 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate and 10-18 pts. wt. filler. USE - Photovoltaic coil material. ADVANTAGE - The photovoltaic coil material has excellent waterproof property and flame retardance, and can be manufactured by economical process.
