NOVELTY - Electroplating wastewater treatment agent comprises 3-5 pts. wt. reducing agent,6-10 pts. wt. bentonite, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene nano-layer, 3-5 pts. wt. amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. heavy metal ion trapping agent, 4-6 pts. wt. polymeric ferric sulfate, 6-8 pts. wt. modified sulfonated lignin, 6-10 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 1-3 pts,. wt. coagulant compound, 4-6 pts. wt. benzotriazole, 6-8 pts. wt. starch xanthate , 5-7 pts. wt. trimercaptotriazine trisodium salt and 4-6 pts. wt. crossed rectorite. USE - Used as electroplating wastewater treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the electroplating wastewater treatment agent, comprising (i) adding bentonite, graphene nano-layer and modified sulfonated lignin in an open container and ultrasonically vibrating for 20-25 minutes; (ii) adding reducing agent and balance of raw materials into the container, adding each raw materials at interval of 6-8 minutes and stirring; (iii) stirring for 10-15 minutes and adding heavy metal ion trapping agent.
