NOVELTY - The has high-performance fibers and spring steel wires, comprising highly elastic tensile cracking layer (1). Multiple anti-vibration microspheres (2) are fixed and embedded on the high-elasticity tensile cracking layer at equal intervals, and one anti-vibration microsphere is adhesively fixed on upper and lower surfaces of each anti-vibration microsphere. A micro spring layer (3) located outside high elastic tensile crack layer. A hard resin layer (4) is provided on top and bottom of high-elasticity tensile cracking layer. A high-performance fiber layer (6) is set on side of hard resin layer away from high elastic tensile cracking layer, and the sheet is obtained by taking the following raw materials 35-45 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene rubber resin, 3-5 pts. wt. nano bamboo carbon fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. binder, 2-4 pts. wt. defoamer, 15-25 pts. wt. polyurethane, nano 4-6 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 7-9 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide fibers and 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizers.
