NOVELTY - A permanent graphene coatings producing method involves obtaining a low-temperature durable thin-layer graphene coatings on metal substrates of complex objects, where the smooth metal surface using a cold plasma device is covered with low-temperature atmospheric plasma onto surfaces on which a low-temperature atmospheric plasma has been created. Layer of flake graphene is applied, an electroplastic process is carried out for 5-60 seconds, the graphene layer is permanently connected with a metal substrate in which the surface metal is permanently covered with graphene and the graphene layer. The layer is supplied with a rectangular wave pulse current from the power supply, the pulsed current is fed to the layer of graphene by an electrode and the processed graphene layer by force in the range from 100-500N.
