NOVELTY - Preparing graphene thermal conductive film comprises preparing homemade toughening film-forming solution, mixing the graphene oxide suspension with the self-made toughening film-forming solution, heating to 70-80 degrees C to obtain a film-forming solution, spraying the spraying liquid by a thermal spraying method, obtaining wet thermal conductive film, placing the wet thermal conductive film in a oven, drying, obtaining dry thermal film, immersing the dry thermal film in 40-50 mg/l potassium iodide solution at 2-4 degrees C for 4-6 hours, taking out the thermal film, restoring and vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene thermal conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent mechanical property, good thermal diffusion property and good film-forming property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene thermal conductive film comprises (i) soaking 2-3 kg glutinous rice in 8-10 l water for 5-8 hours, mixing the soaked glutinous rice with water, grinding for 3-5 times, collecting milky white glutinous rice paste, allowing to stand for 3-5 days, aspirating the paste with a syringe and obtaining lower sticky glutinous starch slurry; (ii) crushing 500-600 g molasses and 400-500 g grass skin for 20-30 minutes, obtaining crushed material, mixing the crushed material and water, heating in pot, boiling, cooking for 1-2 hours, filtering, collecting the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to original volume of 1:5, obtaining homemade fish gum concentrate, mixing the glutinous rice starch slurry, homemade fish glue concentrate and peach gum, heating and obtaining homemade toughening film-forming liquid; (iii) adding 100-200 g flake graphite into a reactor, adding 1-2 l of 75% sulfuric acid solution and 0.5-1 l of 85% concentrated phosphoric acid solution into the reactor, stirring at 20-30 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, adding 300-500 g potassium permanganate into the reaction kettle, heating to 90-100 degrees C and insulating for 4-6 hours; (iv) taking out the reaction product by filtration, isolating as precipitate, washing the resulting precipitate with 1 mol/l hydrochloric acid and deionized water for 10-12 hours, mixing the washed precipitate with deionized water and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a graphene oxide suspension; and (v) mixing the graphene oxide suspension with the self-made toughening film-forming solution, heating to 70-80 degrees C to obtain a film-forming solution, spraying the spraying liquid by a thermal spraying method, obtaining wet thermal conductive film, placing the wet thermal conductive film in a oven, drying, obtaining dry thermal film, immersing the dry thermal film in 40-50 mg/l potassium iodide solution at 2-4 degrees C for 4-6 hours, taking out the thermal film, restoring and vacuum drying.
