NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced monel alloy preparation involves mixing 20-100 wt.% ethanol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol or polyvinylpyrrolidone and graphene or graphene oxide in an ultrasonic disperser to prepare graphene or graphene monodisperse solution. 95-99.9 wt.% monelite powder is also added into the prepared graphene or graphene monodisperse solution. The obtained graphene or graphene monodisperse solution is added to monel alloy powder into a ball mill for 5-50 hours to obtain a mixed solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced monel alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene reinforced monel alloy in a simple and cost-effective manner with high production efficiency and easy realization of large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene reinforced monel alloy preparation involves mixing 20-100 wt.% ethanol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol or polyvinylpyrrolidone and graphene or graphene oxide in an ultrasonic disperser to prepare graphene or graphene monodisperse solution. 95-99.9 wt.% monelite powder is also added into the prepared graphene or graphene monodisperse solution. The obtained graphene or graphene monodisperse solution is added to monel alloy powder into a ball mill for 5-50 hours to obtain a mixed solution. The obtained mixed solution is stirred and dried at 50-60 degrees C to obtain a mixed powder of graphene or graphene and monelite. The graphene or graphene and monel alloy mixed powder is cold pressed into cold pressed block. The cold pressing block is placed in a muffle furnace under protection of argon sintering at 1100-1280 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene reinforced alloy pieces. The sintered graphene reinforced monel alloy block is heated at 900-1150 degrees C to get the graphene reinforced monel alloy.
