▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a reinforced aluminum-based composite material involves using basalt fiber as a reinforcement material and aluminum powder as a base material, and preparing the reinforcement material by ball milling mixed powder and discharge plasma sintering technology. The basalt fibers are comprised of basalt fiber chopped yarn, basalt fiber bulked yarn, and basalt fiber roving. The mass ratio of the basalt fiber in the composite material is 0.2 % to 0.2 %. The parameters of the ball milling process are the ball-to-material ratio of 3:1-5:1, the milling time of 1-3h, and the ball milling speed of 200-500r/min. USE - Preparation method of basalt fiber reinforced aluminum-based composite material used in traffic transportation, electronic manufacturing and building decoration field (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, cost-effective, energy-saving and environment-friendly, and has potential application value in the field of transportation, electronic manufacturing, and building decoration. The material has good mechanical performance and chemical stability. The method provides excellent physical stability, not easy to be damaged, so as to enhance the overall performance of the composite material. In addition, compared with the traditional ceramic, graphene, metal oxide and other reinforcing material, the basalt fiber reinforced aluminum-based composite material has high cost performance, large yield, green and environment friendly, so that the material has strong market competitiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a basalt fiber reinforced aluminum-based composite material.
