NOVELTY - Preparing silane graphene composite water-proof material comprises (i) taking emulsifier and silane monomer, stirring in the homogenizer to obtain uniform oil phase, (ii) mixing emulsifier, distilled water and oxidized graphene powder uniformly, dispersing in homogenizer to obtain uniform aqueous phase, and (iii) adding aqueous phase into flask, under stirring slowly adding oil phase and dispersant, stirring at high speed to obtain silane graphene composite water-proof material. USE - The method is useful for preparing silane graphene composite water-proof material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent waterproof ability, good anti-chlorine ion erosion capability, and excellent anti-steel corrosion ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for silane graphene composite water-proof material, prepared by above method.
