▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified hollow fiber membrane is prepared by mixing raw materials, where 100 wt.% of raw material comprises 1-30 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride resin, 0.1-5 wt.% hydrophilic modified resin, 1-2 wt.% graphene additives, 0.5-1.0 wt.% coupling agent and 60-80 wt.% solvent. USE - Graphene modified hollow fiber membrane. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified hollow fiber membrane has improved properties and mechanical properties due to presence of inorganic and organic membrane material, and saves processing cost of oil-containing wastewater, and is alkali resistance, and has improved chemical cleaning performance and improved membrane life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing graphene modified hollow fiber membrane, which involves: (A) preparing casting liquid by using 1-30 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride resin, 0.1-5 wt.% hydrophilic modified resin and 1-2 wt.% graphene additives, keeping the materials in the high speed mixer, mixing for 1 minute and then mixing on low peed for 30 seconds; (B) adding 0.5-1.0 wt.% coupling agent to the mixture, carrying out the high speed mixing for 1 minute and then mixing on low peed for 30 seconds, where main shaft rotating speed is 1400 rotations/minute; (C) keeping the mixture for 5 minutes, discharging the premix compound and adding solvent to dissolve; (D) first adding two third of the solvent and dissolving the material at constant temperature 70 plus minus 5 degrees C in the kettle with uniform stirring; (E) then adding remaining one third of the solvent, stirring and dissolving for 8-10 hours at speed of 25-50 rotation/minute; (F) deaerating the solution, transferring to constant temperature spinning kettle and keeping at 70 plus minus 5 degrees C; (G) reducing the stirring speed to 5-10 rotations/minute, starting vacuum pump to maintain the vacuum degree 0.02-0.03 megapascal and carrying out defoaming for more than 12 hours to obtain membrane casting liquid; (H) pressurizing the spinning kettle to 0.5 plus minus 0.1 megapascal using nitrogen, filtering the membrane casting liquid through 200 mesh filter screen and extruding the core liquid through the spinneret plate, where spinneret plate temperature is 70 plus minus 5 degrees C; (I) passing casting liquid at speed of 20-40 m/min in the first coagulating bath to a distance of 20-50mm, where staying time is 5-10 seconds, then pulling to the second coagulating bath and rolling to obtain the graphene modified the hollow fiber membrane product, where core liquid is 20% solvent of deionized water, maintaining the temperature of first coagulation bath deionized water and second coagulating bath tap water to 40 plus minus 2 degrees C; (J) steeping the obtained membrane product in the cleaning groove, changing the water once in 12 hours and then removing the membrane after 24 hours; (K) draining off surface water, then putting in pore retaining aqueous solution, where aqueous solution is glycerinum solution having density 1.14 plus minus 0.01g/cm3, and soaking for 24 hours; (L) finishing straight, draining surface water; and (M) drying the suspension in shade to obtain graphene modified hollow fiber membrane.
