The in-situ polymerization of the material A and the metal salt of alkylphosphinic acid to obtain the antibacterial and antistatic flame retardant polyester resin. USE - Method for preparing antibacterial and antistatic flame retardant polyester resin used for preparing antibacterial antistatic flame retardant polyester fiber by a melt spinning method (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare antibacterial and antistatic flame retardant polyester resin, that uses carboxylated graphene oxide as a carrier and a synergistic flame-retardant portion, and an in-situ polymerization with an alkyl phosphinic acid metal salt.
