NOVELTY - Self-leveling long-acting mildew-resistant silicone glue, comprises 100 pts. wt. 107 base rubber, 5-15 pts. wt. modified fumed white carbon black, 10-35 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-9 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 0.3-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. mildew preventive agent, and 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. organotin catalyst.The modified fumed white carbon black is obtained by mixing gas phase white carbon black, methoxy silicone oil and pyrophosphate type monoalkoxy titanate coupling agent in mass ratio of 100:(250-400):(0.1-3). USE - Self-leveling long-acting mildew-resistant silicone glue. ADVANTAGE - The silicone rubber has excellent extension bonding property, self-leveling property, waterproof property and long-acting mildew-proof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of the silicone glue, comprising mixing and stirring 107 base rubber and plasticizer evenly under vacuum conditions, adding the crosslinking agent and modified fumed white carbon black in sequence and stirring evenly, adding epoxy-modified silane coupling agent, auxiliary silane coupling agent and catalyst, and stirring evenly.
