NOVELTY - Preparation of high thermal stability fluorinated graphene with large specific surface area involves mixing graphene or graphene oxide and activator in the mass ratio of 1:2-10, subjecting to high temperature activation treatment at 600-1200 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours under an inert gas atmosphere to obtain activated graphene and fluorinating the activated graphene by fluorine gas with the partial pressure of 3-80 KPa, heating to 30-250 degrees C at a rate of 1-20 degrees C/minute and preserving for 10-600 minutes. USE - Preparation of fluorinated graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is safe, economical, is carried out with reduced energy consumption and is suitable for large-scale production. The fluorinated graphene material obtained has high thermal stability and large specific surface area.
