NOVELTY - Graphene waterproof and breathable membrane, is prepared by e.g. adding dispersant to the solvent, stirring and adding graphite acne and coupling agent, ultrasonically disperse, adding pH adjuster, controlling the pH of the reaction system, heating while reacting, after the reaction, filtering with suction and washing with solvent, drying and re-dispersing to the solvent to obtain graphene dispersion, adding polyethylene, adding solvent of polyethylene, heating, and forming a polyethylene hot melt after it is completely dissolved, adding graphene dispersion liquid, stirring and mixing to form a graphene/polyethylene mixed hot melt liquid, slowly pouring graphene/polyethylene mixed hot melt liquid into the solvent and rapidly stirring, after it is completely precipitated, performing suction filtration, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain a powdered graphene/polyethylene pre-dispersion, and adding polyethylene, pigments, and nano-inorganic fillers. USE - Used as graphene waterproof and breathable membrane. ADVANTAGE - The graphene waterproof and breathable membrane: adopts a pre-dispersion method, which solves the problem of graphene sheet layer agglomeration; adds graphene, which is intercalated into the polyethylene chain to more than the sheet layer, reduces the thickness of breathable membrane, and acts as an inorganic material, improves breaking strength and elongation at break, and increases air permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene waterproof and breathable membrane, is prepared by (i) adding 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant to the solvent, stirring and adding 2-10 pts. wt. graphite acne and 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, ultrasonically disperse for 1-3 hours, adding pH adjuster, controlling the pH value of the reaction system, heating while reacting for 4-12 hours, after the reaction, filtering with suction and washing with solvent, drying and re-dispersing to the solvent to obtain graphene dispersion; (ii) taking 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene, adding 10 times the solvent of polyethylene, heating to 120-160 degrees C, and forming a polyethylene hot melt after it is completely dissolved, adding graphene dispersion liquid, stirring and mixing for 2-4 hours to form a graphene/polyethylene mixed hot melt liquid, slowly pouring graphene/polyethylene mixed hot melt liquid into the solvent and rapidly stirring, after it is completely precipitated, performing suction filtration, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain a powdered graphene/polyethylene pre-dispersion; and (iii) adding 30-60 pts. wt. polyethylene, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. pigments, 0.5-5 pts. wt. nano-inorganic fillers, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. additives and the graphene/polyethylene pre-dispersion ingredients, stirring and mixing uniformly, placing into a twin-screw extruder for melting and granulation, and then casting into a film substrate by a casting machine, thermally stretching the film substrate to form nano micropores, and heating after shaping, cooling and corona.
