NOVELTY - Direct conversion sensor comprises a graphene, and a perovskite provided directly on the graphene surface. USE - The sensor is useful for: detecting x-rays, preferably to compositions, devices, systems, and methods for x-ray imaging. ADVANTAGE - The sensor provides improved sensitivity and accuracy of x-ray imaging and increases patient access to x-ray imaging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for detector comprising an array of direct conversion sensors.
