NOVELTY - The preparation method of oxidized graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber involves freezing oxidized graphene aqueous dispersion and vacuum drying to obtain oxidized graphene solid, blending graphene and polyacrylonitrile to obtain mixed solution, ultrasonically dispersing freeze-dried oxidized graphene in dimethylformamide, adding polyacrylonitrile powder to dimethylformamide, heating to obtain uniform and stable graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite system, cooling, ejecting graphene/polyacrylonitrile spinning solution into dimethylformamide and carrying out solidification. USE - Preparation of oxidized graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of oxidized graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber ensuring enhanced mechanical property and improved thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of oxidized graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber involves (1) pouring oxidized graphene aqueous dispersion into several petri dishes, freezing for 24 hours and vacuum drying the oxidized graphene for 24 hours to obtain oxidized graphene solid, (2) blending graphene and polyacrylonitrile to obtain mixed solution, ultrasonically dispersing freeze-dried oxidized graphene in dimethylformamide, adding polyacrylonitrile powder to dimethylformamide, heating with stirring in water bath to obtain uniform and stable graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite system, cooling to room temperature, (3) ejecting graphene/polyacrylonitrile spinning solution from spinneret into dimethylformamide, carrying out solidification, hot air treatment, hot drawing and finally collecting on PTFE roll and mechanically drawing the raw fiber after hot air treatment.
