NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene, involves (S1) uniformly mixing sodium chloride and calcium chloride salt, heating and melting to form composite molten salt, adding expanded graphite, stirring and dispersing uniformly, embedding surface and interlayer of molten salt and expanded graphite to form whole mass, cooling, crushing to obtain graphite and salt embedded large particles, (S2) grinding along with dispersant, ethanol and grinding medium for 3-5 hours in ball mill, and stripping embedded graphite to form graphene, (S3) filtering grinded material by coarse screen, removing grinding medium, fine screen filtering, removing ethanol, desalting by repeatedly washing and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene for high-end products e.g. lithium batteries, heat dissipation coatings and printed conductive pastes. ADVANTAGE - The method improves grinding efficiency and obtains high-quality graphene.
