▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene quantum dots-semiconducting oxide-carbon nanofibers composite photocatalyst, comprises (a) oxidizing by primarily heating graphene quantum dots-semiconducting oxide-carbon nanofibers, (b) attaching graphene quantum dots and titanium dioxide, and (c) secondarily heat treating. The polyacrylonitrile is carbonized during the heat treatment process. USE - The photocatalyst is useful for in various industrial sites and daily life including antibacterial tiles, air cleaner, lighting equipment, water and sewage treatment, water treatment including ballast water treatment and carbon dioxide conversion. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst has antibacterial, sterilization and deodorization functions under outdoor sunlight and indoor fluorescent lamps; decomposes non-degradable chemicals and bacteria; has high photocatalytic activity in indoor artificial light source in visible region; prevents separation of graphene quantum dot-titanium dioxide particles from carbon nanofibers by amorphous carbon film; minimizes aggregation effect of photocatalyst particles; and improves recombination prevention efficiency.
