▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A physical conductive hydrogel-based fracture acute swelling diagnosis and detumescence drug synchronous release system comprises a conductive hydrogel element, a resistance instrument and an electric signal conversion device, where the conductive hydrogel element carries detumescence medicine and the conductive hydrogel element is self-adhered to the fracture site, two ends of the conductive hydrogel element are connected with the resistance instrument, the detection data of the resistance instrument is output to the electric signal conversion device. When the swelling occurs, the conductive hydrogel element deforms and releases the detumescence medicine simultaneously and the deformation degree data is obtained by the electric signal conversion device. USE - The physical conductive hydrogel-based fracture acute swelling diagnosis and detumescence drug synchronous release system is used for monitoring acute limb swelling caused by fractures in real time and releasing antiinflammatory drugs through dual stimulation. The system is used for monitoring and treating acute limb swelling and edema. ADVANTAGE - The physical conductive hydrogel material with fracture acute swelling diagnosis and detumescence drug synchronous release system is prepared by simple physical blending method.
