NOVELTY - Lithium iron phosphate and lithium ion battery comprises anode sheet, cathode sheet, a diaphragm and an electrolyte. The anode comprises anode slurry and an aluminum foil. The anode comprises 49-51 wt.% anode solid substance, 49-51 wt.% solvent N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone. The anode solid substance comprises 92-93.5 wt.% anode active substance, 3.5-4.2 wt.% conductive agent SP, 0.8-1.2 wt.% conductive paste and 2.2-2.6 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride binder, the cathode comprises cathode slurry and a copper foil, the cathode comprises 44-46 wt.% cathode solid substance, 54-56 wt.% solvent water, the cathode solid substance comprises 92-94 wt.% cathode active substance, 1.8 -2.3 wt.% conductive agent SP, 1.7- 2.2 wt.% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 2.5-3.5 wt.% styrene-butadiene rubber binder, the membrane is polyethylene membrane, the electrolyte is low-temperature-rate electrolyte. USE - Used as lithium iron phosphate and lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The lithium iron phosphate and lithium ion battery improves the low temperature performance.
