▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing pressure-sensitive graphene film comprises (i) forming aqueous graphene oxide solution into film and then naturally drying to obtain graphene oxide film having thickness of not greater than 10 mu m, (ii) reducing graphene oxide film in chemical vapor, and washing reduced graphene film with ethanol to remove surface reducing agent, then drying naturally, and (iii) sintering reduced graphene film in graphite furnace at sintering temperature of 1600-2000 degrees C to obtain high fatigue-resistant graphene film. USE - The graphene film is useful as high fatigue pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film: has horizontal elastic elongation at break of 12-24%, elastic vertical compression ratio of 80-90%, and electrical conductivity of 400-7000 S/cm.
